The dream behind it
It breathes air in and out, drinks water, draws power, holds hundreds of people through their working lives and shapes the block around it. Most buildings have never had a check-up.

No. Certifying bodies certify buildings, not consultants, and your submission is made under your own project account. Three systems put a licensed professional in the chain: BREEAM and DGNB are submitted by a licensed assessor or auditor, and BOMA BEST includes on-site verification. For those, our report is the evidence they work from.

No. Your End of Season Report already holds the measured farm data a certification report needs: harvest, donations, participation and dated photos, all logged weekly by our farmers. We build the farm credits from it, so you only supply the building data we do not have.
Your report shows every gap to the threshold and the fixes that would make the building certifiable. Many of those credits are built on an on-site farm, which MicroHabitat installs.
